3.Steel structure or concrete?

Merits and defects of steel structure and concrete:
The steel structured building has shorter construction period, easy installation, good vibrancy resistance, and long distance between columns, but the cost is comparatively higher than concrete.
Reinforced concrete structure has long endurance, and fire resistance, good structural integrity of reinforced concrete that is placed on-site or assembled, strong rigidity, good insulation. Compared with steel structure, the cost is a little lower, but the construction period is longer, and it is heavy and has poor crack resistance.

In total, steel structure is mainly applied in industrial plant, warehouse, supermarket, movable house and gym, air port waiting building, exhibition center and other large-span building; concrete structure is used in residential buildings and office buildings and so on.

 

4.Construction period?

In general, the steel structured plant takes about 7 - 12 months to complete. Specific time is decided by the actual construction area.
