About Fountain Construction
Suzhou Fountain Construction and Development Co., Ltd was founded in 1999, registered capital is 120,000,000 RMB. Major business lies in investing and developing industrial plant, design and build contracting, construction contracting, M&E installation, decoration, etc. There are about 80 professional designers and managerial engineers and budgeteers.
In recent years, we are luncky to work with famous international project management companies like BOVIS, SIP, BECTEL, GLEEDS, and successfully completed many foreign invested projects in China, such as Andrew, Kuttler, Siemens, Getinge, Nord, MTU, ESAB, Donaldson, Baxter, Danone, Kemet. Thanks to these projects, we have learned and accumulated rich and valuable experience in management and construction, which help us to do better and service better our clients. We had been practising FIDIC terms of contract and finished 15 design and build general contracting projects and 9 construction contracting projects satisfactorily in the past few years.
In the aspect of industrial plant development, we completed 2 high standard plants in Suzhou Industrial Park in May, 2006: MTU Engineering （Suzhou）Co., Ltd and Metaldyne （Suzhou）Automotive Components Co., Ltd New Facility, total area is 46,000m2, building area is 19,000m2, total capital is 70,000,000 RMB . They have been functioning well since handover.
In 2010, we also had a rare yet valuable chance to work with the largest solar energy corporation-Suntech Power (Wuxi) on a new investment project of its branch company-Kuttler Automation System (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. The building area is around 110,000m2, total capital invested is about 400,000,000 RMB, the location is in East Taihu Road, Wuzhong District, Suzhou. According to the schedule, the factory is expected to be able to start the production by the end of August, 2011.
