Design and build general contracting

Turnkey design and build contracting project requires the Contractor to proceed to the Contract agreement and take responsibility to design, procure, build, transport, insure, commission and test the facility, and guarantee the project quality, safety, time period and cost, and finally hand over to the owner a satisfactory result.
